All about “Millwood Cam Beer Fest”
Millwood Cam Beer Fest is an annual event held at Cam Sports Club in Cam, Gloucestershire on the first Saturday of August to raise funds for the club. There’s been 14 amazing events (having had a year off due to COVID) and has been a sell out for the past few years.
Millwood Cam Beer Fest has gone from strength to strength since starting in 2011 as a fund raiser for Cam Sports Club (Charity no. 1179716). Th event ensures that the Charity continues to provide sporting facilities to local Cricket, Football and Tennis clubs as well as several teams in the Berkeley skittles league.
After increasing the number of beers to 30 in 2014 we now boast 44 beers along with lots of bag in box ciders, Prosecco, white, red & rose wine and lager & cider on tap.
Since 2014 we have been hiring two self-contained toilet trailers which have lighting, warm water and separate cubicles for ladies making it a significantly more pleasurable experience than the earlier years!
In 2015, we announced a three-year main sponsorship deal with Millwood Spar from Cam and in 2017 it was extended to cover the foreseeable future, thanks to Paul Griffith for his continued support.
Ticket numbers have been gradually increasing since we started and now stand at 1,400 to accommodate the increasing demand.
We have three bands playing on the main stage, now named “The Old Spot Stage”, performing at 5.15pm, 7.50pm and 9.30pm.
New for 2026, we have 2 acts performing on the “Shed Stage”, located just outside the beer tent, with sets at 4.00pm and 6.40pm.
